Additional Information
Customers must approach At the Top main counter (LG level, Dubai Mall) and collect their tickets before entering any of the Dubai Mall Emaar Attractions. They can then proceed to the respected attraction and present their printed ticket along with their booking confirmation.
For safety reasons children below 100cm are not allowed for ice skating.
Children between 100cm-120cm must be accompanied by an adult.
Children 120cm and above are allowed to skate alone.

Never skated before? Not a problem! Training sessions are available to get your skills up to your desired level!
In addition to skating sessions and training programmes, Dubai Ice Rink has further enhanced its lifestyle appeal with cool disco nights and foam parties, to add to the joy of the youngsters and those young at heart. The rink also has a snowfall feature that makes the skating experience more magical.
Know before you go

Skating is an extreme sport and not recommended for expectant mothers or those encountering heart, neck, back or joint problems.
A helmet, elbow, and knee pads are always recommended to be worn, note these are not included in the ticket price.
We recommend dressing for winter and ensuring arms and legs are covered by avoiding wearing T-shirts and shorts. The ice averages -5 degrees Celsius. Due to health and safety and the nature of ice skating, long dresses, national dress or any tailoring clothing is not allowed.
The customer is required to present the voucher at the counter to collect the wristband before entering the attraction.
