•Tours may be rescheduled or cancelled for operational or safety reasons concerning guests and crew.
•This experience is subject to weather conditions and approvals from the Coast Guard and National Guard. For safety reasons, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour at any time.
•In the event of cancellation due to weather or official restrictions, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

•Swimming is not permitted during the tour.
•Children under 9 years old must wear life jackets throughout the charter.
•Infants under 2 years old are permitted onboard but must remain inside the saloon or cabin area under adult supervision.
