Customers shall approach the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) and collect their tickets before entering any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. After that, customers can proceed to the attraction and present their printed ticket and booking confirmation. Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required. Please note that when purchasing a ticket for a child or infant, an adult ticket must be selected. Children aged between 0 and 3 can enter for free.
Prime time hour timings change over the seasons, please check the booking slots for the most current prime and non-prime hours.

• One souvenir is applicable per combo ticket, specific item will be selected as per the attraction’s discretion.
• The physical ticket must be presented at the retail counter (ground floor) and scanned for collection of the souvenir.
• Ticket is valid only for general admission entry of L124/125.
• Same-day redemption at the ground level of the At the Top Retails shop.
• Souvenirs cannot be combined or exchanged with any other retail product.
