•Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry. Lost, damaged, stolen, or unused tickets and vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
•Souvenir Collection:
Present and scan your physical admission ticket at the Ground Floor retail counter to redeem your souvenir.
Souvenir redemption must be completed on the same day as your visit.
Souvenirs cannot be exchanged, substituted, combined with other offers, or redeemed for alternative merchandise.

Know before you go
•Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time booked.
•Guests must collect their tickets from the At the Top Main Counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before entering the attraction.
•A single QR code is issued per booking, regardless of the number of guests. This voucher must be exchanged for admission tickets before entry.
•Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled timeslot to allow time for ticket collection and entry procedures.
•Admission is valid for general access to Levels 124 and 125 only during non-peak hours.
•Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above.
•Children under 3 years enter free of charge.
•Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
•The following items are prohibited and must be deposited at the designated storage counter: Large bags and suitcases, baby strollers,
laptops and tablets, electronic cigarettes, food and beverages, sharp or hazardous items, skate shoes and footwear with wheels.
•The average visit duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, although visits may take longer during peak periods and busy seasons.
