Ticket Selection – Important Information
•Important: Your height must meet the requirements for the ticket you select. Please choose the correct ticket accordingly.
•Child Ticket: Ages 3–7 years AND under 1.2m in height. If a child is 3–7 years old but taller than 1.2m, an Adult Ticket must be purchased.
•Adult Ticket: Ages 8 years and above AND 1.2m or taller.
Voucher Redemption
•Present your voucher at the Customer Service Desk to exchange it for an entry ticket.
•The voucher can be printed or shown on your phone, as long as the QR code and voucher code are visible.
•Approach the Customer Service Desk upon arrival to complete the exchange.
Aquaventure Super Pass Tips
•Redeem the Super Pass at Aquaventure first to access both areas. Keep your wristband to enter the Lost Chambers Aquarium afterward.
•We recommend visiting the Aquarium between 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM to avoid delays.
•Aquaventure closes at 5:30 PM, so plan your day to enjoy all rides and attractions.

•Voucher redemption is only valid on the selected date; date changes are not allowed.
•Locker and towel rentals are available.
•Prohibited items: No food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol. Bags may be inspected.
•Swimwear requirements: Appropriate swimwear is required. Beach thongs, transparent suits, underwear, denim, or very loose clothing (e.g., abaya, dishdash) are not permitted. Head scarves must be securely tied.
•Diapers: Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in pools or attractions.

•Select an adult ticket if you are 120 cm or taller; otherwise, select a child ticket.• Locker and towel rentals are available within the waterpark. • Visitors are not allowed to bring food, beverages, or glassware into the waterpark. •Aquaventure Waterpark reserves the right to inspect all bags for any such items. •Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within Aquaventure, and beach thongs, transparent bathing suites, underwear, denim, and very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdash, or similar are not permitted in the water. •Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. •For those who have booked Aquaventure Super Pass or Lost World Aquarium Pass, we recommend visiting the Aquarium in the morning between 10:00 AM – 01:00 PM to avoid inconvenience. •Keep in mind that Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm, plan your day accordingly, and take advantage of all the thrilling water rides and attractions available to you. **Exact operating hours can change without prior notice. Please note that in the high season, such as school holidays, winter holidays, or Easter holidays, the queues to the rides might be long. Depending on availability, the AquaXpress can be purchased at the entrance or the guest service kiosk inside the park.
