- Minimum weight to ride the e-foil is 45 kg.
- The maximum weight is 100 kg.
- The use of the life jacket and helmet is mandatory. Guest MUST be a proficient swimmer. Applying sunscreen is recommended. Make sure to bring your swimsuit and towel.
- The minimum age requirement is 16 years.
* For safety reasons, pregnant women and individuals with back or neck issues are not permitted to partake in the activity.
- People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused to participate.

Begin your adventure by checking in at the Yacht Club at Sofitel the Palm, where the E-Foil course awaits. Receive a 10-minute safety and operational briefing from our skilled instructor before you start your 30-minute session.
Familiarise yourself with the basics of balancing on the E-Foil in the tranquil waters of the Palm. With our specially designed beginner-friendly boards and our professional guidance, you will be airborne in no time.
