Know before you go
*Guests should use the water sports equipment only in the designated area, as informed by the water sports instructor and understand that failure to do so may result in interruption and cancellation of the activity.
*Guest should wear the buoyancy jacket during the hire period.
*Guest is responsible for all damages and/or cost of repairs that occur to the equipment within the hire period that is caused by their misuse of the equipment.
*The minimum age for the wakeboarding experience is 7 years old. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
*All guests must present their passport or photo ID.
*Please note that the experience is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the Supplier at any time. In the event of cancellation by the Supplier due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
*The equipment is cleaned and sanitised twice a day and the staff is fully vaccinated. *The operator will contact you within 48h of the activity date to confirm location and time.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the service date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
