On entry, customers must display a valid photo ID, such as original Emirates ID, driving license in English, or original passport. The name on the ID must match the individual participating in the experience. Entry is only granted for the person and time mentioned on the ticket and cannot be reused across multiple bookings.
Guests should be comfortable in the water and able to swim.
Customers must be at least six years old on the day of the activity. If the visitor is under the age of 18, they must bring their parent or legal guardian on the day of dive.
Customers must complete the Deep Dive Dubai liability release and medical form ahead of the activity. The forms can be found under "Terms and Conditions" on the website: https://deepdivedubai.com/discover/
Customer must be free from medical conditions that require immediate medical attention or hinder the ability to snorkel.
Guests should arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled start time of the experience. They should bring their swimsuit and flip flops.

Overview
If you are curious to explore Deep Dive Dubai, but not necessarily the deepest depths of the gigantic pool, snorkelling is a great way to discover the wonders of the sunken city. You will be accompanied by an experienced instructor that will help you with the basics, adjusting the equipment and teach you a few valuable tips and tricks. A special swim vest designed for snorkelling will keep you safely on the surface as you go about your explorations. This is a great family activity, and given that no previous experience is needed, everyone is welcome to participate.
The entire experience lasts two hours with up to one spent in the water.

Cancellation policy
Tickets are strictly non-refundable. No-shows will be fully charged. Reschedule is only permitted with notice of 5 days or more before booking date.
