Additional Information
On entry, customer smust display a valid photo identification document such as original Emirates ID, driving license in English, or original passport. The name on the identification document must match the individual participating in the diving experience. Entrance is valid only for the specified person and time mentioned on the ticket and cannot be reused across multiple bookings.
Guests should be comfortable in the water and able to swim.
Customers must be at least 10 years old on the day of the dive. If less than 18 years of age, he/she has to bring parent or legal guardian on the day of dive.
Customers must agree to complete the Deep Dive Dubai liability release and medical form ahead of the activity, the forms can be found under "Terms and Conditions" on the website: https://deepdivedubai.com/discover/
If customer suffers from or has previously suffered from any of the medical conditions listed on our
website, he/she must agree to submit a filled, signed, and stamped copy of the Declaration of Fitness
form from doctor.
Guests should arrive 20 minutes before the booking. They should bring a swimsuit and flip flops.

Overview
Explore Deep Dive Dubai up to a depth of 12 metres. Your experience starts with a short briefing on the basics of scuba diving and an introduction of the equipment, followed by shallow water practice. Then, you're off to explore the underwater city in the world’s deepest pool. Your non-diving guests can share the experience through our large viewing windows. You'll get to enjoy undivided attention from your instructor as this is a one-on-one experience.
The entire experience lasts three hours (around 50 minutes in the water).

Cancellation policy
Tickets are strictly non-refundable. No-shows will be fully charged. Reschedule is only permitted with notice of 5 days or more before booking date.
