At the Smash Room, you do exactly that, you smash things! Immerse yourself in this wacky concept that is sure to be an experience like no other.

- Kids from 5 years old to 13 years are allowed if accompanied by their Legal Guardian or Parents.
- We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement when you visit the smash room. - Shoes that protect your feet from glass shards are also highly recommended.
- Recommended Jeans or Long pants.

Overview
Instead of slamming your phone against the ground or punching a hole in the wall or flipping a table, you can come to the Smash Room and shatter, break, stomp, tear, yell, and embrace an animalistic release you can only find here, a therapy that doesn't involve reflection, a meditation that doesn't involve soul searching.
Smash Room Dubai is the brainchild of Hiba Balfaqih and her friend, Ibrahim Abudyak. They set up the Smash Room with the purpose of being an outlet to vent frustration by smashing things, it was that simple. Set up in the back of an old tire shop in Al Quoz, the Smash Room has four rooms to choose from. Depending on how much frustration you'd like to expend, you can choose the number of items you can smash to bits. All the items that are smashed have been collected from junkyards (you can make donations to this as well). Once you have chosen the room of your choice, grab a weapon and begin smashing, it is as simple as that. Everything in the room is expendable, and you can destroy all the items to your heart's content.
Know before you go
If you are smashing with friends at the same time, be there at least 10 to 15 minutes before your booking. Each room can accommodate 3 to 4 people at one time. All participants must be over the age of 18. Please carry a valid photo ID for recognition. All participants must sign a waiver form before participating in the activity.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 12 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
