• Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience. • Participants must complete an Atlantis disclaimer form before entering the water. • Participants must wear appropriate swimsuits and should arrive dressed and prepared to get wet. • Life jackets are required and will be provided. • Participants should be aware that all our experiences are conducted in English. • Cameras, jewellery, hair accessories, and other loose accessories are not permitted in the water for the safety of the animals. • The maximum number of participants per experience is 5. • In case of severe weather, the attraction may temporarily close for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related closures. • During peak periods, queues for Aquaventure rides may be longer than usual. AquaXpress may be available for purchase at the entrance or guest service kiosk, subject to availability.

Overview
Experience an incredible snorkelling adventure on the surface of Aquaventure's Shark Lagoon as you swim with different species of sharks and other fascinating marine animals. This activity includes same-day access to Atlantis Aquaventure, World's Largest Waterpark! No pre-training is required and anyone over 6 years old can participate.
Know before you go
• REDEMPTION PROCESS - Upon arrival, proceed to the ticketing counter at the Admission Plaza and present your voucher to exchange it for an admission ticket. You may present the voucher on your phone or as a printed copy, provided the QR code and voucher code are clearly visible. Please bring a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the contact name used for the booking. Guests without valid identification may be denied admission and will not be eligible for a refund. The voucher is valid only on the selected event date. Date changes or rescheduling are not permitted after booking. • OPERATIONAL TIMINGS - Waterpark: Waterpark: Mon - Thurs: 10am - 6pm | Fri - Sun: 10am - 8pm • Lost World Aquarium: Open daily, 11:00 am–8:00 pm • Atlas Village: Open daily, 10am - 6pm • Please note that operating hours may change without prior notice. Check the attraction's website for the latest information. • OTHER - Shark Snorkel takes place in the Shark Lagoon at the waterpark. Guests are advised to allow adequate time to collect their tickets from the Admission Plaza and arrive at the Ambassador Lagoon at least 30 minutes before their scheduled experience time. Participants arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. • The minimum age requirement for participation in the Shark Snorkel experience is 6 years old. Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The accompanying adult is not required to participate in the experience with the minor under 13 years old, however, they must be present to sign the required waiver forms. If the accompanying adult is a non-resort guest and is not participating in the experience, they must purchase a regular waterpark admission ticket.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of the experience.
