Each child under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Child category tickets are not bookable online but will be available at the counter and are free of charge.

Galleries and exhibitions close at 6.30pm on weekdays and 8.30pm from Friday – Sunday
Museum Café closes at 8pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends from Friday-Sunday.
Aptitude Café closes at 10pm daily.
Dome remains open until midnight, last entry is at 11pm.
Museum is closed on Monday.

Tickets are open dated and valid until 9 months after purchase date. Both printed and mobile vouchers are accepted. Skip the line: you do not need to queue at the ticketing counter to exchange your ticket, you can proceed directly to the access control point to have your ticket scanned.
