• Sea lion Meet & Greet is suitable for all ages.
• Sea Lion Encounter is suitable for 8 years old and above.
• All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult 18 years old and above.
• Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access.
• Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the guest selects an incorrect ticket type (adult or child).
• The program is conducted in English.
• The maximum number per program is 10 participants.
• One complimentary printed photo per paid ticket will be provided after the experience.
• Keep in mind that Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm, plan your day accordingly, and take advantage of all the thrilling water rides and attractions available to you.
• Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the guest selects an incorrect ticket type (adult or child).
• Cameras, jewellery, hair accessories, or any loose accessory are not allowed in the water for the safety of our animals.

• Participants of the Sea Lion Meet & Greet experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”.
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.

Check the attraction's website for the latest information. • OTHER - Sea Lion Meet & Greet participants must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before their scheduled experience time. Participants arriving 5 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself. Guests are advised to allow adequate time to collect their tickets from the Admission Plaza and arrive at Atlas Village before the start of their experience.
