Children Policy:
•Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or above.
•Children aged 2 years and below may join selected experiences free of charge.
Experience Requirements:
•Dolphin Meet & Greet / Dolphin Dip & Play / Sea Lion Meet & Greet: No age restrictions apply.
•Dolphin Swim & Explore: Minimum age is 8 years old. Participants must be confident swimmers and able to tread water independently.
•Dolphin Dive & Discover: Minimum age is 8 years old. No diving certification is required.
Ticket & Entry Information:
•Vouchers are valid only for the selected date and cannot be amended.
•Incorrect ticket selection (adult or child) may result in denied entry without refund.
•Guests must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the booking name upon entry.
•Guests are required to present their voucher at the Customer Service Desk to exchange it for an entry ticket.
•Vouchers may be presented digitally on a mobile device or as a printed copy, provided the QR code and voucher code are clearly visible.
•Please arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before the scheduled experience time. Arrivals delayed by 15 minutes or more will be considered a no-show.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the experience.
