•Guests must present the voucher with the QR code at the venue reception upon arrival.
•The voucher is valid for 3 months from the original service date printed on the voucher.
•Vouchers can only be redeemed on or after the original service date and cannot be used before that date.
•Redemption is subject to the original entitlement booked and paid for, including the applicable day of the week and time slot category.
•Bays are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; waiting times may apply and can be up to 4 hours, especially during peak periods.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the booked date. Late cancellations and no-shows will be fully charged.
