As a summer special, there is a complimentary child ticket (up to 11 years old) included for every 2x paying adults for visits between May 1st and August 31st. Free entry can be requested at the attraction's counter. Any additional child tickets need to be purchased beforehand.
Know before you go
•Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled boarding time to avoid missing the cruise. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows.
•Vegetarian, child, and Kosher meals are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.
•Tour timings may vary depending on the season. Guests will be informed in advance of any changes and given the option to reschedule.
•The cruise is weather-dependent and subject to Coastguard and National Guard approvals.
•For safety, operational, weather-related, or official reasons, the supplier may reschedule or cancel the cruise. In case of cancellation due to weather or official restrictions, every effort will be made to reschedule the booking or provide a full refund.
•For operational reasons, the supplier may serve a Family-Style Set Menu instead of the buffet when required to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, you will be charged 100%. No-shows and late arrivals will be charged 100%
